If you search these items on the internet one by one it looks like you can buy them for a song.  The collection sold here is the best manufacturers included are N-inflatables, i2K, ninja jump, HEC worldwide, and galaxy multi rides as well as a 2010 GMC 4500 lift gate truck, 2008 Yale forklift, pallet jacks and for storage pallet racking.  The web address and customer list with pre-rentals for 2024 can be bought outside of this offering.  

Also included are generators (3() on wheels which produce enough power to run a carnival.  Collection includes Bounce houses, combination obstacle courses, carnival rides, light up games, popcorn snow cone machines, wet slides combination slides and anything your need to provide full carnival accessories, even fencing for the carnival rides for the schools or churches in your area looking to have their own carnival.  71 rides and attractions to enhance your current offerings or replace older units with great condition rentable units.  

Whether you rent on piece at a time, most rentals are four hours, or rent five pieces, the opportunity to make this a profitable business depends on your ability to be organized, motivated, and be the owner of your own new business.  

This auction being Nov. 2, 2023 and ending Nov. 24, 2023.  All items must be removed by November 30, 2023.  Money will transfer via wire transfer.  

Buyer's premium is 10% and we follow local tax percentages. 

Please be aware that Auction Solutions Inc. does not provide boxes, carts, or dollies to move auction items. Pick-up of larger items will require you to bring a partner to load your items, as Auction Solutions Inc. staff will not be available to help with loading or unloading.

Please note Auction Solutions Inc. staff are not responsible for auction winnings post pick-up. You must make sure that all auction items are accounted for. Once those items are signed for and removed, there will be no refunds or discounts. If items need to be transported from an offsite pick-up to our office for pick-up there will be an additional fee, furniture, motors, cars, and other large items will not be transported from offsite pick-ups.

Auction Solutions Inc. will be issuing email notifications from Shipping Saint, and it is required that the winner of the lot select between the available choices of shipping or in-person pick-up, or you will not receive your item. If you have any shipping questions, please respond directly to the message from Shipping Saint and one of our employees will respond in a timely manner. 

Agreement to terms: By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions for this auction. 

Credit cards on file will be charged within 24 Hours of the auction completion. A wire transfer will be required for purchases of $5,000.00 or more. Numismatic buyers with purchases of $750.00 or more are asked to contact our office for payment options. Merchandise must be paid for in full prior to being removed or picked up from the auction site. 

Declined Cards are subject to a $35.00 transaction fee, and the potential inability to bid on future auctions. Buyer's Premium and tax are listed elsewhere. To be considered tax exempt, Auction Solutions, Inc. must have a SIGNED Nebraska form 13 on file. Auction Solutions Inc. shall attempt to describe merchandise in advertising and on the internet, but makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall Auction Solutions Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability, or fitness of an item for a particular purpose. Off-site bidders understand and acknowledge they are not able to inspect items as if they were to examine them in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to further inquire to determine condition, age, genuineness, or any other determinative factor. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value.

When your items are ready to be shipped, we will notify you through Shipping Saint. Your items will be shipped once the Shipping and Handling fees are fully paid. To avoid extra costs and shipping delays, please ensure that your billing, shipping, and credit card information are accurate on your account. Please note that shipping is not available for storage unit auctions. For firearms, coins, and jewelry, shipping is handled internally at Auction Solutions Inc.

If your purchase requires freight transport (e.g., LTL or OTR Carrier), please contact our office to create arrangements. Vehicle titles will be held until payment clears, and if the title is held by a bank, it may take over 30 days to obtain a clear title. If you are outside the Omaha Metropolitan area and plan to pick up your items or have someone pick them up on your behalf, please adhere to the specified pick-up time and requirements. Picking up items outside the scheduled time may incur additional fees. Winning bidders will receive an email with pick up dates and location, with their paid invoice. Please refer to auction details for specific dates and times. Be sure to plan to pick items up during this time frame. If alcohol or firearms are being picked up, the name on the invoice must match the identification or permits. If employees need to return items to the office for pick up, an additional fee will be charged based on the quantity of items being brought back. Please note that furniture and large items will not be transported by employees. Once items are picked up, there are no further negotiations or discounts available.

The Auction Company may rescind the sale of any item(s) within 30 days if it is determined the lot was sold in error, or that removal would be impossible, impractical, or disruptive to the rights of the seller, or other third party. Items not claimed within 5 days of the auction close will be considered abandoned; a 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed, and the item(s) repurposed. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
