Additional Firearms Terms: The purchase of all firearms will be conducted using current federal, state and local laws. Auction Solutions Inc is a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer. The purchase of handguns requires a Permit to Purchase, Concealed Handgun Permit and a valid driver’s license or transfer to an FFL dealer. No handguns can be purchased across state lines without transferring to an FFL dealer. Long guns require a background check, permit to purchase or Concealed Handgun Permit and a valid driver’s license from your state of residence. All firearms purchasers are required to fill out a form 4473 and pay for their purchases prior to taking possession. Persons must be 21 or older to purchase ammunition.

Transfers for purchases onsite the day of the auction are conducted at our business location, 7803 Military Avenue. Transfers will not begin until the last item is sold. Form 4473 will be filled out electronically or by a paper copy and kept on file. A valid driver's license or State issued photo ID will be required for all firearms and ammo purchases.

We do charge our buyers a $15.00 transfer fee for onsite pickup. We do not charge FFL dealers when we ship firearms to an FFL dealer. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fees. Payment must be made with credit card, while purchases over $5,000.00 will require a wire transfer. All items must be paid for day of sale, prior to removal. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All items sold on "as is where is" basis. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material. Once the auctioneer says sold that item becomes yours. 10% onsite or 10% offsite buyer's premium applies at this sale.

Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auction Solutions, Inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Auction Solutions, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auction Solutions, Inc. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Please be aware that Auction Solutions Inc. does not provide boxes, carts, or dollies to move auction items. Pick-up of larger items will require you to bring a partner to load your items, as Auction Solutions Inc. staff will not be available to help with loading or unloading.

Please note Auction Solutions Inc. staff are not responsible for auction winnings post pick-up. You must make sure that all auction items are accounted for. Once those items are signed for and removed, there will be no refunds or discounts. If items need to be transported from an offsite pick-up to our office for pick-up there will be an additional fee, furniture, motors, cars, and other large items will not be transported from offsite pick-ups.

Auction Solutions Inc. will be issuing email notifications from Shipping Saint, and it is required that the winner of the lot select between the available choices of shipping or in-person pick-up or you will not receive your item. If you have any shipping questions, please respond directly to the message from Shipping Saint and one of our employees will respond in a timely manner.

Agreement to terms: By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions for this auction. 

Credit cards on file will be charged within 24 Hours of the auction completion. A wire transfer will be required for purchases of $5,000.00 or more. Numismatic buyers with purchases of $750.00 or more are asked to contact our office for payment options. Merchandise must be paid for in full prior to being removed or picked up from the auction site. 

Declined Cards are subject to a $35.00 transaction fee, and the potential inability to bid on future auctions. Buyer's Premium and tax are listed elsewhere. To be considered tax exempt, Auction Solutions, Inc. must have a SIGNED Nebraska form 13 on file. Auction Solutions Inc. shall attempt to describe merchandise in advertising and on the internet, but makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall Auction Solutions Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability, or fitness of an item for a particular purpose. Off-site bidders understand and acknowledge they are not able to inspect items as if they were to examine them in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to further inquire to determine condition, age, genuineness, or any other determinative factor. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value.

When your items are ready to be shipped, we will notify you through Shipping Saint. Your items will be shipped once the Shipping and Handling fees are fully paid. To avoid extra costs and shipping delays, please ensure that your billing, shipping, and credit card information are accurate on your account. Please note that shipping is not available for storage unit auctions. For firearms, coins, and jewelry, shipping is handled internally at Auction Solutions Inc.

If your purchase requires freight transport (e.g., LTL or OTR Carrier), please contact our office to create arrangements. Vehicle titles will be held until payment clears, and if the title is held by a bank, it may take over 30 days to obtain a clear title. If you are outside the Omaha Metropolitan area and plan to pick up your items or have someone pick them up on your behalf, please adhere to the specified pick-up time and requirements. Picking up items outside the scheduled time may incur additional fees. Winning bidders will receive an email with pick up dates and location, with their paid invoice. Please refer to auction details for specific dates and times. Be sure to plan to pick items up during this time frame. If alcohol or firearms are being picked up, the name on the invoice must match the identification or permits. If employees need to return items to the office for pick up, an additional fee will be charged based on the quantity of items being brought back. Please note that furniture and large items will not be transported by employees. Once items are picked up, there are no further negotiations or discounts available. 

All information contained herein is believed to be accurate to the best of our ability but is not guaranteed. The Auction Company may rescind the sale of any item(s) within 30 days if it is determined the lot was sold in error, or that removal would be impossible, impractical, or disruptive to the rights of the seller, or other third party. Items not claimed within 5 days of the auction close will be considered abandoned; a 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed, and the item(s) repurposed. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. All property is sold "AS IS", WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
