Pickup is scheduled for Friday November 22, 2004.

We will have a 4000lb forklift and operator on site day of the sale, but will not be able to run through some parts of the building while the sale is going on. Larger items will require scheduling a later date with a licensed rigger to remove. We will not allow rigging on November 22nd. Patriot Rigging has been to the site and is prepared to offer you a quote to rig/move the large machines. There will be no shipping on this auction due to the size and weight of the items.

Please note that this is an additional cost paid by the Buyer to your chosen rigging company. All items must be removed within 14 days of auction closing. 

All alcohol lots: Winner must be 21+ and provide an ID at pickup.

Preview is scheduled for Wednesday November 20th, 2024 4PM-6PM. 

Buyer's premium is 17% whether you bid online or onsite, and we follow local tax rates.

PLEASE NOTE: Changes to the credit card on file will not reflect immediately for an auction that is currently active and open for bidding. Please contact us if you need to make a one time payment. Declined credit cards will be subject to a $5 fee. No fee will be charged if you contact us before the auction closes. Wire Transfer may be required for purchases totaling $5,000 or more. 

Pickups are typically scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays. For security reasons, we do not disclose the pickup location except to winning bidders. You will receive an email from Shipping Saint and will need to select pickup and choose an appointment time to see the pickup address.

If you are unable to pickup your items on pickup day you may request that we transport your items to the office for you to pick up later. Items which need to be transported from an offsite pick-up to our office will incur an additional fee of $40.00. This request is subject to availability. Items transported to the office must be picked up within 7 business days. Items remaining at our facility after 7 business days will be forfeit and no refunds will be given. Items over 35 lbs. or larger than a small kitchen appliance (roughly) will not be transported. You must request this service prior to pickup ending and will receive a response if your request is approved. Once your request to transport the items is approved, your card will automatically be charged the $40 fee. Once your card is charged, no changes will be made. Please plan ahead for pickup when choosing to place a bid on items.
