I attended Missouri Auction School in 1999, Graduated from the Certified Appraiser’s Guild of America in 2001 and graduated from the Certified Auctioneer’s Institute in 2003 after a 3 year course of study. I am a newly elected member of the Nebraska Auctioneer’s Association Board of directors and an active member of the National Auctioneer’s Association. I prescribe to the code of ethics of these two organizations, as well as holding a Nebraska and Iowa real estate sales person’s license. Personal Experience: I have lived in Omaha for most of my life, moving from the Sandhills when I was a toddler, to the big city. I spent the summers as a child and young adult on the family farmstead near Arnold Nebraska. In addition to auctioneering, I have attended vet tech school, been the Nebraska State Fair draft horse show superintendant for many years, produced “Hear the Thunder” draft horse shows as well raised a family.  My drive to bring the best outcomes for my clients, combined for the love of what I do, have enabled me to become one of the area’s most recognized and respected Auction Specialists.

Professional Experience: I have been solving problems for clients by providing solutions to their problems since 2001 when I came to work with Shayne at Auction Solutions Inc. I have conducted several hundred auctions since then that have provided superior outcomes for my customers. I graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in February of 2003. I earned a Nebraska real estate sales person’s license in 2004 and became a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I am also an active member of the Nebraska and National Auctioneer’s Associations. In 2009 I was accepted at the prestigious Certified Auctioneer’s Institute for a three year course of study. When I complete this course in 2011, I will have achieved the highest certification of the auction profession. I prescribe to the code of ethics of these organizations, as well. Commitment: I am committed to our clients. I work long hours, sometimes late into the night preparing and marketing our clients sales as well as handling the high tech equipment, setting up and selling your property on auction day.

Personal Experience: I have lived in Omaha for my entire life. My early years, after college, were spent first as an auto mechanic, working at a local Ford Dealership and then as an Industrial Maintenance technician. As my career progressed, I became a manager of industrial maintenance for a local manufacturer, then on to a position as a training program manager. In these positions as well as my automotive hobbies, I developed a thorough understanding of industrial machinery, tools and automobiles. These are skills that carry over into my auction career that provide me with a thorough knowledge of these items. I am also a member of the Board of Directors for the SkillsUSA organization and have served on the board of the local Sports Car Club of America as well as holding a National Competition license and a National Technical license with the SCCA. This experience and my commitment to the business allows me to be one of the area’s best auctioneers.
