Joe's Cafe Auction

Joe' s Café has been serving up breakfast and lunch in Benson for over 60 years. This little short order café is going on the auction block  again. This quaint little café was opened in 1949 by Joe Seidenspiner.

The business will be sold as a complete turn key package at 11:00 AM on Tues Feb 2. The owners will have the right to accept or reject the bid. A rejected bid will result in the immediate liquidation of the restaurant equipment and fixtures at public auction.

This café looks much like it did when it opened in 1949 even though the current owner has added her own touches of antique decorations to the interior including photos of Joe and the restaurant back in the early days as well as memorabilia from other area restaurants.

This restaurant has built in clientele with seating for 70 people at the lunch counter, in booths and in a room in the rear. The business has great parking as well as exposure on an extremely busy road.

All equipment and fixtures will be offered as a complete package to a new owner first. This building is leased and the current lease will be honored by the property owner.
